Excellent Times In Exeter

There was excitement in Exeter this weekend as the Saturday Street Prize landed in postcode EX4 6DW. Street Prize Presenter Scott Quinnell surprised our lucky winner Sian Ashman with an amazing £25,000 cheque.

Players like Sian have raised over £63.6 Million for charities and good causes across Great Britain and internationally.

One charity local to the winning postcode is the Double Elephant Print Workshop. This project was awarded £2,000 funding from players of People's Postcode Lottery. The charity provides support for beginners to printmaking, community groups and professional artists alike. It runs a range of courses and family activities in the studio, as well as out and about in the local community using a portable print press. The funding allowed Double Elephant to run a summer skills programme that provided access to the studio for high quality specialist printmaking.
